GARNACHA TINTA / CARIÑENA
Garnet ruby core with vibrant violet rim. Complex and intense nose of sweet cherry, blackberries combined with the presence of balsamic and toasted cocoa, balanced with liquorice notes. The blend of Garnacha (85%) and Cariñena (15%) mixes elegantly, producing a wine where the terroir is very present.
Aged 4 months in French and American oak barrels.
On the palate it is dense, juicy, tangy ripe and big-fruited. Finishes gently tannic, fresh and silky long. An elegant and sweety wine that surprises by its persistence and elegance.
To serve between 14 / 16ºC
