Cava Iye Brut

MÉTODO TRADICIONAL

Aged 10 months in bottle and elabrated 100% on the Macabeo grape using the “Método Tradicional”. The colour is yellow pale with greenish shades and in the glass it exhibits bubble of half size that comes off abundant.

The upbringing gives this cava the necessary youth to maintain a fruity aroma.

It is fresh and pleasant to the palate, without feeling acidity neither carbonic in excess.

Serve between 5º and 6º C.
