CAROSOL Brut is a fresh and fruity sparkling wine produced on the Airén grape. Pale yellow colour, bright, clean and pleasantly dry.
Refreshing flavour of gentle citrus notes, highlighting tropical fruit and apple with floral remindings. In the mouth it is balanced and persistent with nice acidity resulting in a very fresh wine. Finishes elegantly silky.
Best server whith any kind of fish, seafood, soft cheeseS and desserts.
Serve between 6º and 8º C.
