MACABEO / PARELLADA / XAREL·LO

Exceptional artisan Cava. Elaborated by carefully following the more than 150-years-old winemaking technique, “Método Tradicional”, also known as “Champenoise”.  Made with three varieties of grapes: Macabeo 30%, Xarel·lo 30% and Parellada 40%. Aged in bottle 12-18 months

Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Suprisingly fresh and alive with dominating notes of apple, pear and almonds. The palate is powerful with moderate acidity presenting fine bubbles that releases abundantly. Light and soft with a pleasant finish and aftertaste reminiscent of ripe fruit.

Pairs well with desserts, fish and appetizers for special occasions. Exceptional with any seafood, especially scallops and oysters. Best enjoyed between 5º and 8ºC. A pleasure for the senses.
